Search Terms
Words entered in a search box are sent to the third-party company that powers that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy policy governs its handling of the query and any later account information.
Messages
If you send a message, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, and message text. Messages are kept as needed to reply and are not shared outside the organization except as required by law or described in this notice. Do not send sensitive identifiers, payment information, or confidential legal records.

Requests concerning an OPSO, NOPD, court, or Louisiana public record must go to that record’s custodian under the Louisiana Public Records Law, including R.S. 44:1 and related provisions, because this site does not hold those records.
